Welcome to Yujin Digital! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our digital marketing services, website, and any related interactions with our agency. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Yujin Digital offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Social media marketing
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  • Content creation & marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Web design & development
  • Analytics & reporting

The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for campaign execution.
  • Grant necessary access to accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager) when applicable.
  • Make timely payments as agreed.
  • Notify the agency of any changes that may affect service delivery.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Fees will be specified in the service agreement.
  • Payment terms (e.g., upfront, monthly) will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Refunds are subject to the agency’s discretion unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created by Yujin Digital (logos, ads, content, etc.) remain the agency’s property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the materials for their business.
  • The agency may showcase client work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential.
  • Data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice (typically 30 days).
  • Early termination may incur fees for work already completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Yujin Digital is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) resulting from its services.
  • The agency does not guarantee specific results (e.g., ranking #1 on Google).

8. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
  • Any legal actions or proceedings related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Lisbon/Porto/other Portuguese city], unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
